The AR 140 BP pump by Annovi Reverberi is a semi-hydraulic three-diaphragm pump designed for use in low-pressure systems, such as those used for weed control. With a maximum flow rate of 132.9 litres per minute and a pressure of 15 bar, this pump is perfectly suited to the needs of agricultural applications where a constant and uniform flow is required. The pump's sturdy and durable structure is made of high-quality materials, including reinforced nylon and AISI 303/304 stainless steel, which guarantee a long service life even under harsh working conditions.
The pump design features an oil-immersed mechanism and a transparent plastic tank for easy oil level viewing. BlueFlex™ diaphragms, together with pistons equipped with an "oil cushion" ring, improve operating efficiency and reduce wear, protecting the diaphragms from damage. In addition, an air-oil shock absorber reduces the effects of "water hammer" in the delivery circuit, increasing the stability and service life of the pump. The AR 140 BP pump is suitable for treating aggressive liquids such as chemicals and acids thanks to its corrosion-resistant components.
The model is equipped with spherical sector profile valves, which help reduce flow resistance and improve volumetric efficiency. The pump's robustness is further reinforced by solid feet attached to the pump body, ensuring optimum stability during operation. The AR 140 BP is compatible with electric or internal combustion motors, thanks to the presence of a gearbox and fixings for pulleys or flanges for hydraulic motors.
Main features:
- Maximum flow: 132.9 litres per minute (35.1 GPM), ideal for applications requiring high flow rates.
- Maximum pressure: 15 bar (220 psi), for constant and powerful delivery during treatment.
- Durable materials: Reinforced nylon and AISI 303/304 stainless steel parts for corrosion resistance and long life.
- BlueFlex™ membranes: High-performance membranes designed to withstand harsh working conditions and ensure high efficiency.
- Air-oil shock absorber: System that reduces water hammer and improves flow stability.
PLEASE NOTE:
If products containing mineral substances such as kaolin, zeolite, basalt, etc. are used, in order to avoid long-term damage to the internal components of the pump, it is advisable to wash the pump at the end of each treatment and at the end of each season and to dismantle certain parts of the pump, such as valves, heads and membranes, in order to clean any mineral residues that may have accumulated.
These procedures will ensure a long service life for the pump even if the above-mentioned minerals are used.
