AMA TRX 40-S lawn scarifier and raker

The AMA TRX 40-S hand-pushed lawn scarifier and raker is an essential machinery for keeping your green space always clean and aerated.

It is a very versatile tool, which can operate as a lawn scarifier and raker.

This model is equipped with a rotor with blades and springs which allow efficient and safe operations.

The rotor with 18 blades scarifies the soil, acting vertically and deeply thanks to its blades, improving oxygenation, drainage and nutrient uptake;
The rotor with 24 springs (which number of springs varies depending on the model) combs the lawn, removing the layer of felt and moss that has formed and preventing regrowth.

It is equipped with a 40 cm working width and with GATES belts.

It is provided with a 45 L collection bag.

The working depth adjustable lever from 5 to 15 mm makes this scarifier a truly versatile product, able to meet the needs of different users.

WARNING:

Aeration must be performed STRICTLY with the garden previously and abundantly watered.

* The right time for the aeration process is Spring, after the first mowing and depending on the area and climate (generally around March/April). For a perfect lawn care, it is advisable to repeat the operation in Autumn as well, thus removing the harder moss.

Dual rotor type

This lawn scarifier is equipped with 2 different types of rotors, easily interchangeable.

Rotor with 24 springs: recommended for the “aeration process”, it consists of a sturdy roller fitted with 24 springs.

With this rotor, the turf is combed lightly thanks to its steel spring design, which pinches and pulls away the felt and moss (also preventing regrowth).

Rotor with 18 blades: recommended for the “scarifying process”. It consists of a steel roller fitted with 18 fixed blades.

This rotor type allows a more intensive lawn care thanks to the possibility to work the soil in depth. Indeed, the sharpened 18 blades penetrate vertically the lawn allowing the complete removal of moss, felt and weeds.
This feature allows the lawn to regenerate by improving oxygenation, drainage and nutrient uptake.

Centralised height adjustment

The centralised working depth adjustment makes this machine extremely easy to use and intuitive.

Dual working mode

The machine is equipped with a large 45 L collection bag.

Possibility to work without rear collection bag, thanks to the proper deflector that crushes aeration debris on the ground.
