Ama Magico 50 electric grinder mill for cereals

The Ama Magico 50 grinder mill is a product of traditional manufacturing with single-phase brushed electric motor at high speed with forced ventilation and traditional 50 L drum.

Thanks to the special constructive care, this electric grinder mill succeeds in grinding cereals without the emission of dust in the surrounding environment.

This electric grinder mill is absolutely not suitable for the production of flour for a kitchen use. The reason is that it isn't made with components and materials suitable for food. Moreover, it isn't provided with a system that separates flour from bran. The electric grinder mill is exclusively made to grind cereals for the feeding of farm animals.

The grinder mills of the "Magico" series are ideal to grin all type of cereals: durum and tender wheat, barley, oats, rice, rye, broad beans, etc. (not those containing oil). By using one of the supplied sieves (4 in total, all replaceable), different types of flour and pieces of different usable fineness are obtained for cattle, chickens, pigs, rabbits, chicks, etc..

For the grinding of especially hard cereals with woody shell (i.e. corn, barley, oats) try to dose the product slowly (so as to avoid motor overheating), by limiting the opening of the inlet hole in the hopper thanks to the special rectangular sheet metal with which the machine is equipped.

This electric grinder mill for cereals features sophisticated safety devices that impede the access to the dangerous parts in movement. This means a maximum safety of the operator.

Main Features and Grinding Hammers

High speed motor, 1200 W, with forced ventilation and automatic stop at excessive temperatures that ensure safety and a long lasting of the motor.

Focus on the funnel-shaped hopper made of aluminium.

Equipped with rotating high speed grinding hammer made of highly resistant tempered steel.

The production of flours goes from 30 to 210 kg/h depending on the type of ground cereal and of the sieve used.

4 standard-supplied sieves with different hole dimension: 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm. All sieves are made of stainless steel.

Focus on the start switch.

Drum capacity: 50 L.

Focus on the inlet hole of the lower grinding mechanism equipped with rotating steel plate for the dosage of the cereals to grind.

Extremely easy cleaning: just remove the hopper, unscrew the motor and clean the inner part of the drum.
