The AMA MAGICO 50 electric grinder mill for cereals is the first on market built with material suitable to food (although it is made with material suitable to food it does not have a food certification and therefore cannot be used for grinding food for human use).
The "Magico" grinder mills are suitable to grind all type of cereals: durum and tender wheat, barley, oats, rice, rye, broad beans, etc. (not those containing oil). By using one of the supplied sieves (3 in total, all replaceable), different types of flour and pieces of different usable fineness are obtained.
For the grinding of especially hard cereals with woody shell (i.e. corn, barley, oats) try to dose the product slowly (so as to avoid motor overheating), by limiting the opening of the inlet hole in the hopper thanks to the special rectangular sheet metal with which the machine is equipped.
Easy removable, it allows a fairly high production of grinding material in relation to quite small dimension. Thanks to the special constructive care, this electric grinder mill succeeds in grinding cereals without the emission of dust in the surrounding environment.
It is made of stainless steel, plastic for food and aluminium. It is therefore suitable to get in contact with food.
The Magico 50 is an electric grinder mill made of traditional manufacturing powered by a brushed electric single-phase moor with high speed and forced ventilation and a 50 L drum capacity.
IMPORTANT: this electric grinder mill for cereals features sofisticated safety devices that impede the access to the dangerous parts in movement. This means a maximum safety of the operator.
