Heavy-duty Agrieuro Top-Line ITF35 2VV Fork Dough Mixer

The Agrieuro ITF 35 fork dough mixer is a professional machine used for preparing bread and pasta dough.

Fork dough mixers are machines used to mix and knead ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs and butter for the production of bread, pasta, cakes and other bakery products.

Their main characteristic is the presence of a rotating fork that moves at high speed, creating a homogeneous mixture of components. There are different types of fork dough mixers, from the smallest and simplest for domestic use to larger and more powerful ones, such as this Agrieuro ITF 35, suitable for professional use.

Equipped with a large 35 L bowl, it is ideal for small and medium productions, fitted with a powerful and sturdy 1.1 hp three-phase motor that guarantees effective and fast mixing.

The bowl, drive shaft and fork are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, a superior material for this type of application that guarantees high corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.

The fork works at high speed to achieve perfect mixing of ingredients.

Equipped with a safety system to avoid accidents, a timer to regulate the mixing time, a switch to select between the 2 speed levels, useful for deciding the speed of the fork according to the state of the dough being processed.

The Agrieuro ITF 35 is ideal for bakers, pastry chefs, restaurants and small production workshops.

Main features

The frame of the fork mixer is made of steel painted with non-toxic food-grade paints, which guarantee high resistance to corrosion and to chemicals, oils and greases.

The transmission consists of an sturdy and durable oil-bath gear motor.

The kneading machine can work in the following modes:

  • manual mode: the user starts and stops the work of the machine (timer in ON position)
  • electromechanical timer mode: allows timed start-up from 1 to 30 minutes

All the components directly touching the dough are made of INOX stainless steel:
