Top-Line ITF25 2VV Professional Fork Dough Mixer

The Agrieuro ITF 25 professional machine is a fork dough mixer is employed to prepare bread and pasta doughs.

The fork dough mixers are machines employed to mix and stir different ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs and butter, in order to produce bread, pasta, desserts and other bakery products.

The main feature of these machines is the presence of a high-speed rotating fork, which ensures even mixing of the ingredients. There exist different types of fork dough mixers, from the smallest and simplest for domestic use, to larger and more powerful versions, such as the Agrieuro ITF 25, which are designed for professional use.

The Agrieuro ITF 25 is equipped with a capacious 25 L bowl, ideal for small and medium-sized production, and a powerful and sturdy three-phase motor, which guarantees fast and efficient mixing.

The bowl, drive shaft and fork are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, a superior material for this type of application that guarantees high corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.

The fork works at high speed to achieve perfect mixing of ingredients.

The machine is equipped with a safety system to prevent accidents, a timer to adjust the kneading time and a switch that allows you to select two different fork speeds depending on the state of the dough you are working with.

The Agrieuro ITF 25 is ideal for bakers, confectioners, restaurants and small production workshops.

Main features

The frame of the fork mixer is made of steel painted with non-toxic food-grade paints, which guarantee high resistance to corrosion and to chemicals, oils and greases.

The transmission consists of an oil-bath gear motor, which is sturdy and durable.

The dough mixer features different working modes:

  • Manual mode: the user switches on and off the machine (timer in ON position);
  • Electro-mechanical timer mode: it allows timed start-up from 1 to 30 minutes;

All the components directly touching the dough are made of stainless steel:
