Top Line BIO 500 - Petrol garden shredder - Honda GP 200 engine

The AgriEuro BIO 500 is a lightweight petrol garden shredder intended for professional use.

The wood chipper shreds brushwood and twigs making them suitable for composting. Shredding operations also allow reducing the material decomposing time.

The large steel hopper can process even very bulky branches and leaves without having to pre-shred them. Thus, it also features a higher capacity that allows entering a large amount of material at a time.

This petrol wood chipper is MADE IN ITALY, featuring the quality of large-sized shredders, thus ensuring maximum results in terms of cutting, speed and reliability.

The machine is compliant with the CE standards.

Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwood and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper);

• UNIFIED HOPPER:

It considerably simplifies and speeds up the operations.
It eliminates the constant operation of dividing the material (before shredding) between the large, woody sections and the smaller, green sections, each of them must be placed in their own hopper (an operation required by all standard shredders equipped with 2 hoppers).

• SELF-FEEDING:

Once introduced the branches into the hopper, the shredder pulls them inside the shredding unit autonomously thanks to the hopper vertical design. Thanks to the gravitational force, the mechanism can pull inside the branches to be shredded. WARNING: the branches must not be too bulky because this may limit the functionality of the machine.

INTERMEDIATE BELT DRIVE WITH 2 REINFORCED BELTS.

This transmission gives the machine an extraordinary sturdiness, protecting both the motor and the internal shredding rotor from any kind of internal shock or kickback.

In case of a rotor clogging caused, for example, by a too large branch, stones, etc.. there is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and the motor, but the intermediate belt will slip or at least will brake down.

Much longer service life than the standard systems still used by all manufacturers on their petrol-powered models where the engine is directly connected to the shredding unit.

Equipped with anti-vibration rubbers and 210x100 cm diameter rubber wheels for easy transport.

The engine is PROVIDED WITHOUT OIL. Please carefully read the instructions manual before starting the unit.

The outer shredding chamber is proportionate to the rotor it includes. It guarantees excellent productivity, as well as the durability of the system.

The machine structure is 100% made of steel. No plastic has been used.

Reinforced shredding blades: 2 large shredding blades. These blades pre-shred the material into the hopper creating a coarse wood chip (the blades are highly thick and fixed with 3 stainless steel bolts).

Focus on the hammer: 6 hardened steel shredding blades (or hammers) rotating at high speed. Thanks to their centrifugal motion they shred the branches in small wood chips.

Focus on the counter-blade: Once assembled the hopper, it will be placed near the 2 rotating cutting blades fixed on the rotor. Thus, the "Blade + Counter-blade" system makes shredding operations easier and more efficient, reducing motor effort at the same time.

The central rotor is composed of 2 steel flywheels firmly assembled together.

These then represent a sturdy unit (the main component of the garden shredder) of truly superior size, strength and performance.

Focus on the sieve: This model of garden shredder is almost the only machinery equipped with the removable SELF-CLEANING SIEVE, which allows the wood chips to be discharged exclusively once perfectly shredded by the 6 hammers. The sieve is equipped with 1 support bolt that allows it to be assembled or disassembled from the discharge chute opening. By removing the sieve, the garden shredder will produce coarser wood chips, maximising the hourly output. By assembling the sieve, on the other hand, will maximise the shredding capacity of the machine, producing smaller wood chips. The sieve, equipped with 3 slots, holds the wood chips inside the shredding chamber until they reach the desired size. As the rotor rotates, the 6 moving hammers pass through the slots, protrude from the opposite side and ensure constant cleaning.
