The Premium Line 16T tractor-mounted log splitter is a horizontal hydraulic machine designed to split large logs using the tractor's power take-off. It is typically used in agricultural and forestry contexts for preparing wood-fired directly on the farm or in wooded areas.

It is operated by a hydraulic system connected to the tractor, which powers the thrust cylinder responsible for the splitting phase.

The design is functional, with a low support surface that facilitates the positioning of the logs and a retractable piston for easy transport.

General features

The double-blade wedge is a sturdy element designed to ensure efficient splitting. The upper blade, which protrudes further, initially penetrates the wood, while the lower blade follows, allowing you to work easily even on particularly hard, twisted or knotty logs.

The model includes a three-point attachment and a power take-off unit for coupling to the tractor via a cardan joint.

The two levers, with metal covers and separated from each other, allow direct control of the hydraulic piston, with a symmetrical arrangement that facilitates operation while maintaining a stable and safe operating position, in accordance with CE standards.

The supporting frame is very sturdy and has guides that ensure smooth movement of the piston. The structure is designed to guarantee stability and durability even under heavy loads. In addition, the machine is equipped with a sturdy support foot for greater stability during operation.

The large hydraulic oil tank is positioned above the pump, optimising the efficiency of the hydraulic system. The lever distributor allows precise control of the piston movement, ensuring fast and safe operation. (Detail of the cap)

The effective splitting length is 66 cm, allowing you to work with large logs. In addition, the piston can be reduced in size during storage by unscrewing four special bolts, thus facilitating storage.

The large piston, with a diameter of 90 mm (75 mm bore), is an essential component that contributes to the overall robustness of the machine.
