The Zanon Karbonium EVO AL 300/K olive harvester is a high performance olive harvester with strong power that guarantees a high collection capability along with the telescopic pole.

The Zanon Karbonium EVO AL 300/K olive harvester is apt for all harvest requirements, thus it is very versatile and effective in each situation.

It is fitted with 4+4 32 cm long carbon fibre rods which are easily replaceable.

Designed on the principle of high frequency oscillations it simulates the flight of a bat taking all its advantages, like the unbeatable lightweight, speed and silence.

The engine in the head of the machine is isolated so as to guarantee a long lifetime. It is powered by 12V battery.

"Karbonium Evo" is equipped with a transmission in closed box with lubricated gears made in special steel mounted on bearings and a sturdy frame in ergal that guarantees the perfect transmission and long lifetime.

This version is very easy and comfortable to use with just 2.4 kg leightweight thanks to the aluminium telescopic pole.

The total length of the machins is 210-340 cm.

Head and prong motion

The ZANON Olive Harvester is equipped with 4+4 prongs made of carbon, easy to replace that are placed on the machine head.

The two supports consist of 8 teeth made of carbon fibers that are easy to replace, while both the control unit and the trasmission are hermetically sealed to protect the machine from any possible external agents. This important feature ensures continuous work to the machine with low maintenance requirements. Focus on the long prongs of over 32 cm length, which allows to deeply penetrate in the crown.

Energy-saving electric motor

The Karbonium evo is equipped with a transmission in closed box with lubricated gears made of special steel mounted on bearings and a sturdy frame in ergal that guarantees perfect transmission and durability over time.

A standard power supply has to be connected to a 12V cc battery that powers the engine.

In order to ease the power supply there is a 15 m long cable fitted with user-friendly pincers and connectors.

The motor works with 33V direct current.

The necessary current is managed by a control unit that works also as transformer (12V cc input - 33Vcc output).

Equipped with electronic control unit complete with thermal and absorption protections.

Telescopic pole

The olive harvester pole is adjustable in each position from 210 cm up to 340 cm length (referring to the machine total length).

Indeed, thanks to the quick fit, it is possible to rapidly lengthen the olive harvester desired length.
