Description

Worx Landroid Cloud Robot Lawn Mower

The Worx Landroid Vision Cloud WR341E robot lawn mower is an automatic mower designed for maintaining residential lawns of up to 1000 m², even on complex surfaces and steep slopes. This robotic mower uses an advanced navigation system based on Vision AI and RTK Cloud technology, enabling centimetre-precision guided mowing without the need to install a perimeter wire.

The robot is designed for users who require an autonomous mower capable of operating on uneven terrain, multi-zone gardens and areas with narrow passages. Its compact structure, combined with four-wheel drive and an articulated chassis, allows the robot to move effectively across more challenging terrain.

Operation is based on the combination of 3D stereo cameras with V-SLAM technology, AI vision sensors and RTK satellite positioning via the cloud. The robot autonomously maps the garden, calculates the working routes and maintains orderly mowing lines. Programming and zone control is carried out through a mobile application.

Main features of the Worx WR341E robot lawn mower:

  • 4WD all-wheel drive: four-wheel traction system designed to handle slopes of up to 84% (40°). The treaded wheels improve grip on uneven terrain and sloping surfaces.
  • Adaptive dual-axle chassis: frame designed to keep all wheels in constant contact with the ground, ensuring stability on uneven surfaces and small level differences.
  • Dedicated front steering system: the steerable front wheels allow smoother turns compared to other systems. This manoeuvring system reduces stress on the lawn during direction changes.
  • RTK Cloud navigation: satellite positioning system with RTK correction received from the cloud. It does not require a base station in the garden and enables straight mowing lines with centimetre-level accuracy.
  • Vision AI with V-SLAM technology: cameras and visual mapping algorithms enable obstacle recognition and reliable navigation even in shaded areas or locations with reduced satellite coverage.
  • Worx PowerShare battery: powered by a removable battery compatible with other Worx cordless tools from the same platform. The top battery compartment allows quick and easy replacement.
  • Electronic cutting height adjustment: cutting height can be set from 20 to 70 mm via digital control, adjustable directly on the robot or through the management app.

*Worx warranty extension: To take advantage of the warranty extension, you must register the tool on the manufacturer's website within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: The warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer Worx and is subject to compliance with the manufacturer's basic conditions. Always refer to the official Worx information pages for a complete overview of requirements, limitations and exclusions.

Worx Landroid Vision: Control and Communicate with Your Robot

The Worx app for Landroid Vision is designed to allow you to control and programme your lawn mowing robot easily and intuitively via your smartphone.

One of the main features of the Worx app for Landroid Vision is the ability to automatically programme your robot. You can set the desired cutting times, the days of the week the robot should operate and manage multiple zones and cutting height.

The app will provide you with real-time information on your lawn mowing robot. You can monitor the cutting progress, battery life, any error notifications or set up no-go zones.

Firmware updates (via USB/OTA): Worx periodically releases firmware updates to improve the robot's performance and introduce new features.

Using the app, you can manually map your garden, using your phone as a joystick.

The cutting system can also be adjusted from the app. The robot has two modes:

  • random cutting
  • systematic cutting

App functions:

  • No-Go Zone: set areas where mowing is not allowed
  • Multi-zone management: manage different zones independently and set the transition from one area to another.
  • Map editing
  • Adjust cutting height

Vision AI & VSLAM

The robot lawn mower integrates an advanced vision-based detection system using 3D stereo cameras.
The camera uses artificial intelligence to ensure autonomous navigation even in the presence of moving or fixed obstacles.
The system uses Vision AI technology, designed to analyse the surrounding environment in real time and avoid collisions while mowing.

The camera is designed to:

  • Identify objects, trees and obstacles on the lawn
  • Distinguish between fixed and temporary elements
  • Communicate with electronic components to divert the route when necessary

Thanks to smart obstacle detection, the robot can identify anything that is not grass or leaves, avoiding collisions or sudden stops.

The AI is also capable of recognising seasonal changes, allowing the robot to operate reliably even in autumn conditions.

Grass recognition also works when the lawn is bordered by stones, such as along paved pathways, enabling the robot to trim the tufts of grass growing between the slabs.

The camera also works in synergy with V-SLAM (Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), which allows the robot to visually determine its position within the surrounding environment.

Vision AI and V-SLAM technologies enable the robot to create a 3D map of the garden, allowing automatic mapping of the mowing area.

RTK Cloud System

The RTK navigation system is an advanced technology that significantly improves the satellite positioning accuracy of the robot, enhancing its accuracy.
This system is based on the simultaneous use of signals from a fixed reference station and GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) satellites, ensuring excellent reliability even in difficult signal conditions.

The RTK system allows centimetre-level mapping of the working area and accurate positioning during mowing. This improves the management of multiple areas and ensures uniform and optimised coverage of the lawn.

Thanks to the Worx Cloud system, no antenna installation is required.

The robot lawn mower uses the Kress RTK signal.

If the satellite signal is weak, the robot does not stop, but uses other technologies to detect its surroundings (cameras and V-SLAM).

Vision Cloud technology ensures reliable navigation even in garden areas where the RTK signal may be less accurate, such as near trees, buildings or dense hedges. The system uses visual references stored in the environment, motion sensors and wheel encoders to precisely estimate the robot’s position.

Thanks to sensor fusion between RTK, stereo vision and inertial sensors, the mower maintains a stable and precise trajectory, preventing drift errors and ensuring uniform cutting across the entire lawn, even when the satellite signal is not optimal.

Installation

Once you receive the product, you can start it up yourself: even the least experienced user, who has never seen this type of product before, can start using Landroid Vision by following the clear and easy instructions in the included manual or by watching the simple online video tutorial directly from a smartphone or tablet.

Connecting to the app: To take full advantage of the Worx Landroid Vision's features, you will need to connect it to the dedicated Worx Landroid app on your smartphone.

Once the charging base (equipped with a charger) has been assembled, simply place the robot lawn mower on the lawn.

The charging station does not necessarily have to be positioned within the cutting area, but can be installed out of it, in a sheltered area.

Placing the charging base within the cutting area allows the mower to perform automatic mapping. Otherwise, the working area has to be mapped manually using the Worx Landroid app.

Ensure that the location where the charging base is placed has sufficient Wi-Fi coverage.

The robot uses a 20 V 4 Ah battery compatible with the Worx PowerShare system.

Cutting System

CUTTING FEATURES

  • Mulching: 3 offset steel blades for mulching. Grass is cut into small pieces and there is no need to collect the clippings. The grass decomposes naturally, returning water and nutrients to the soil for a beautiful and healthy lawn. This type of cut helps fertilise and saves time by eliminating the collection phase.
  • Maximum cutting area of 1000 m²
  • Cutting width of 22 cm
  • Maximum slope of 84%
  • Edges: Vision retains the most distinguished feature of Landroid lawn mowers. It cuts very close to the edge of the lawn, thanks to the Vision AI stereo camera.
  • Narrow passages: the robot can detect narrow passages (at least 1 m) and dead ends, navigating them with great safety.

You can adjust height via the app, from 20 to 70 mm.
Front-wheel drive ensures that the robot can handle slopes and difficult terrain.

Distinctive Features

No installation: Place Landroid Vision on your lawn and enjoy watching it work.

It is obedient: it works when you want it to and does not run away from home. Thanks to an extremely intuitive interface, the robot is easily programmable for working hours and days.

It is sustainable: it helps nourish the soil and reduces the need for water. Thanks to the mulching cutting system, the grass clippings will be reduced to invisible tiny pieces to nourish and fertilise the soil.

It is safe: it stops when lifted. When lifted, the robot locks the blades for completely safe use.

It is independent: it works without your help and recharges on its own. When the battery is about to run out, the robot will return to its charging station completely autonomously.

It is smart: Landroid Vision is 100% weatherproof and is happy to be outdoors. However, cutting wet grass is not ideal for achieving a perfect lawn finish. For this reason, thanks to special sensors, the robot can detect rain and return to its charging station. It has an IPX 6 water protection ( the robot is protected against water jets) and can be easily cleaned with a garden hose.

It is powerful and can handle slopes: Landroid Vision can tackle slopes with an incline of up to 84% (40°) thanks to the all-wheel drive provided by its four drive wheels.

The articulated chassis, with independent front and rear axles, helps the robot adapt to the shape of the terrain, including bumps and edges, while keeping the cutting deck stable. The robot can also overcome raised edges of up to 6 cm, making it ideal for transitions between different areas of the garden.

The steerable front wheels allow the robot to tackle curves smoothly and precisely, without putting stress on the lawn surface.
