Wortex SFL 500-E Tracked Power Barrow

The Wortex SFL 500-E tracked power barrow is equipped with a powerful Euro 5 Loncin G252 engine with electric start and a displacement of 252 cc. It has a rated power output of 8 HP.

The high-resistance reinforced steel body allows loading of up to 500 Kg, and its side panels can be extended to further increase its load capacity. Thus, the possibility of manually tipping the body also facilitates unloading.

Thanks to its tracks and to the Loncin engine this model is able to carry loads also when moving the unit on slopes, thus being an indispensable tool for each type of transport.

The robust steel frame and the gearbox with three forward and one backward gears make this power barrow a versatile and high-performing machinery.

Gearbox, Parking Brakes and Transmission

These are automatically activated when the controls are released (if the machine is left in neutral position, even on a steep slope, it remains perfectly locked).

The machine is supplied by the manufacturer with transmission oil level. Anyway, oil levels must ALWAYS be checked before operating the unit as specified in the instruction and maintenance manual.

Extendable tipping body

Barrow made in high-resistance steel, is reinforced with tubular cross members in the lower part, which make it suitable for any load or stress. The loading platform is at the minimum distance from the ground to facilitate the operations of loading / unloading.

The loading capacity can be significantly increased due to the extensible side panels.
Thus, in addition to the standard wing nut screws placed under the body, the power barrow is provided with sturdy hinges, which tighten the side panels to one another.

An example of use is for carrying and transport wood.

Tracks and body

Track structure: robust and over sized. Both the height and the length is greater than the average of the wheelbarrows on the market of the same size. The drive wheel is made of cast iron / steel. The perfect front / rear balance ensures the distribution of loads and a perfect adherence to the ground. The rollers are self-cleaning.

Unlike other power barrows, this one is provided with 3 rollers and the protection on the track is made of a solid steel-reinforced frame.

Focus on the rear part of the track with "tank shaped” sharp upper corner that allows the shredder to easily climb steps or other obstacles.

Controls

Controls: easy to operate and ergonomic, they offer precision and controllability in the work

Large red lever for activating the motion, which also functions as a handbrake if released.

The two lower levers are for steering, left and right respectively.

The steering can be adjusted depending on the control lever and it allows moving smoothly. By partially pulling one or the other lever also the steering of the affected track, right or left, will be partial.
