Wortex SFL 500-HS Tracked Power Barrow

The Wortex SFL 500-HS power barrow is a tracked power barrow with an effective load capacity of 500 Kg.

The hydraulic tilting of the body makes every work phase as easy as possible by eliminating the effort required to lift the body once it is fully loaded.

The machine is powered by a Loncin G200F engine with a capacity of 212 cc. It has a rated power output of 7 HP. The robust steel frame and the gearbox with three forward and one backward gears make this power barrow a versatile and high-performing machinery.

Among the other features of this power barrow it is possible to find its tracks, that ensure stability and safety during use of the machine even with a heavy load and gradients that normal wheelbarrow fail to address.

The body of this tracked loader can be extended, which greatly increases the load capacity of the machinery.

The frame of the machine is designed and built to make it lightweight and sturdy.

These are automatically activated when the controls are released (if the machine is left in neutral position, even on a steep slope, it remains perfectly locked).

The machine is supplied by the manufacturer with transmission oil level. Anyway, oil levels must ALWAYS be checked before operating the unit as specified in the instruction and maintenance manual.

Extendable tipping body

Barrow made in high-resistance steel, is reinforced with tubular cross members in the lower part, which make it suitable for any load or stress. The loading platform is at the minimum distance from the ground to facilitate the operations of loading / unloading.

The loading capacity can be significantly increased due to the extensible side panels.
Thus, in addition to the standard wing nut screws placed under the body, the power barrow is provided with sturdy hinges, which tighten the side panels to one another.

An example of use is for carrying and transport wood.

Tracks and body

Track structure: robust and over sized. Both the height and the length is greater than the average of the wheelbarrows on the market of the same size. The drive wheel is made of cast iron / steel. The perfect front / rear balance ensures the distribution of loads and a perfect adherence to the ground. The rollers are self-cleaning.

Unlike other power barrows, this one is provided with 3 rollers and the protection on the track is made of a solid steel-reinforced frame.

Focus on the rear part of the track with "tank shaped” sharp upper corner that allows the shredder to easily climb steps or other obstacles.

Controls

Controls: easy to operate and ergonomic, they offer precision and controllability in the work

Lever for tipping the body with safety lock.

Large red lever for activating the motion that also functions as a handbrake when released.

The two lower levers are for steering, left and right respectively.

The steering can be adjusted depending on the control lever and it allows moving smoothly. By partially pulling one or the other lever also the steering of the affected track, right or left, will be partial.
