This barbecue is handcrafted from sturdy sheet metal.

These BBQ models come with a "heavy-duty structure” entirely built from thick steel sheets. This makes them extremely resistant to the wear and tear action of fire over the years.

The wood combustion chamber is also crafted from thick sheet metal while the wood basket is made up of thick and sturdy steel bars.

The special coating on the structure of this BBQ (unlike the main handcrafted products) is made with high temperature resistant paint, which guarantees higher resistance than normal (except for the areas directly affected by fire).

A unique feature of this BBQ model is the stainless steel channelled grill with juice collection system.

Its practicality of use is further enhanced by its folding construction design thanks to its foldable legs. The rear wheels also make transport easy.

It can be used with either wood or charcoal. As an alternative to wood, the barbecue can also be fuelled simply with charcoal, making it ready for cleaning in just 4 minutes.

Wood Combustion Chamber

The wood combustion chamber is crafted from sturdy and extremely sturdy steel sheet and proves very practical for use.

The flame guard plate between the grill and the combustion area is removable. When mounted, it offers a greater protection from the heat produced by the flames. When removed, it makes it easier to access the wood combustion chamber, both for the management of wood and cleaning operations.

The wood basket is very sturdy and made with steel bars.

The wood combustion chamber stays open on both sides to allow the operator to visually check the embers without the need to lean over the flames.
