BRAND-NEW PATENTED COMB with innovative "U" SHAPE

Rounded shape giving great manoeuvrability and ease of movement within the foliage.
Furthermore, it can deeply penetrate into the foliage ensuring great effectiveness. As the machine features a high operating speed (1900 beats per minute) the prongs on the comb are more spaced, allowing the comb to quickly penetrate into the foliage without experiencing any resistance.

The combs are made of sturdy PVC with internal injection of glass fibres.
The result is incredible flexibility combined with uncommon strength.
It is almost impossible to break one of the prongs of the 2 combs.

Motor body and cylinder made of MAGNESIUM and ERGAL with "HARD OXIDE" treatment. TITANIUM is a very precious metal, recognised as the best material ever for the manufacture of mechanical parts of pneumatic harvesters. A self-lubricating material that promotes heat exchange to prevent condensation from freezing at low temperatures and at the same time provides its great power and speed.

Weight: only 880 g. Simply the absolute lightest on the market, despite the considerable width of the combs (26 cm).

Low operating pressure: it ensures the best performance even at 6 bar.

Lower than average air consumption: 180 L/ min

Extremely long piston stroke: gives this olive harvester even greater operating power, thanks to the wide combs swinging range.

Front air outlet with automatic lubrication of the 2 swinging chain links. The air absorbed by the harvester for its operation exits through the outlet on the front part, spraying the oil it contains directly onto the 2 moving links, which therefore do not require continuous maintenance for their manual lubrication.

IT CAN BE CONNECTED TO FIXED AND TELESCOPIC POLES OF ANY BRAND, THANKS TO THE UNIVERSAL THREADED MALE CONNECTION.
