The Gray T Car 1500/90 Agrieuro Top Line towed atomizer is designed for spraying arboreal crops and vineyards. Thanks to the 1500 litre main tank, it ensures a high operating range, reducing the number of refills. The hot-dip galvanised steel frame guarantees corrosion resistance and long life. The adjustable wheel axle in height and width allows the machine to be adapted to different ground conditions.

The Annovi Reverberi AR 1064 pump is equipped with 3 membranes, with a flow rate of 115.8 L/min and a maximum pressure of 50 bar, ensuring a powerful and constant delivery of the liquid. The single-lever manual control unit allows precise pressure adjustment, while the gearbox with oil-bath gears offers two speeds plus neutral, to optimise performance according to operational needs.

The flow-guided conveyor optimises product distribution, while the hot-dip galvanised steel fan unit with a diameter of 900 mm ensures powerful rear suction. The stainless steel hose rack accommodates 16 double, adjustable brass hose racks, equipped with a drip stop and ceramic plate, ensuring uniform coverage of cultures.

The fan is the essential element that determines the power of the sprayer, hence it determines the ability to push the atomised product in width and height. The nylon fans guarantee excellent weather resistance.

The sprayer's transmission is an oil-bath gearbox for maximum reliability over time.

Pump with three semi-hydraulic membranes, ideal for professional use in agriculture, particularly on spraying machines for plant protection treatments in orchards or vineyards, operating at high pressure.

The parts in contact with fluids are made of anodized aluminium and AISI 303/304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and strength. The diaphragms are NBR with NBR rubber seals and the crankcase is mechanically cast in an oil bath, with a clear plastic reservoir for visual checking of the oil level.

The pump is equipped with a hydro-pneumatic damper that ensures smoother operation and reduces pulsation in the delivery circuit. A sensor can be added for remote control and an oil tank remote mounting kit.

Includes an oil drain plug and segment pistons for improved efficiency of the oil cushion system, protecting the diaphragm. The new membrane locking system prevents tearing even under intense stress.

Valves with a spherical sector profile decrease resistance to the passage of liquids, improving volumetric efficiency. Complete with overpressure valve with automatic reset and protection for the cardan shaft. All screws are treated with galvanic zinc plating to resist corrosion. Available with flanges to suit hydraulic motors, hydraulic pumps and gearboxes.

The two side taps supply respectively the right-hand sector of the fan and the left-hand sector.
