Tomato press components

The sauce maker kit for New Line 5 OM 2820 models is made of fod-grade UNI 50 polished die-cast aluminium. The other components, such as the chute and chute shield are made of steel. 

The sauce screen (filter) is made of 18/10 stainless steel.

The pestle is made of food-safe HD Polyethylene. 

The worm screw is made of food-grade acetal resin.
