The Spiralmac SV8 Royal Queen spiral mixer is designed to ensure a well-structured and homogeneous dough. The dual movement operation, with rotating spiral and bowl, ensures continuous and balanced processing, ideal for baked goods.
The 0.75 kW motor transmits between 110 and 310 rpm to the spiral, while the bowl rotates between 10 and 27 rpm. This system allows you to work with different types of dough, even with high hydration. The machine is equipped with 10 selectable speeds, adjustable according to the processing phase and the density of the dough.
The 10-litre bowl has a total processing capacity of 8 kg of dough.
The external structure measures 29 × 46 × 58 cm and weighs 40 kg, characteristics that guarantee stability during use. The machine is Italian-made, with solid materials and carefully selected components.
