The SV20 three-phase model, part of the professional line, was created to satisfy a type of customer who seeks an efficient and long-lasting product.

The SV20 line is ideal for any type of dough, hard, soft, elastic (bread, buns, pizza, pasta, biscuits, pastries) and dough with special flours such as gluten, bran, durum wheat, stone ground flour and so on.

The final result is almost guaranteed, thanks to the specially designed spiral.

The SV20 model Three-phase, part of the Professional can work complex doughs, which require greater hydration, in the best possible way. Conceived and designed as the best spiral mixers, the SV20 is suitable for both excellent professional use.

The extreme attention to the smallest details makes the machine reliable, silent and with low consumption. Strong and resistant, excellent to prepare baked goods, doughs and confectionery products.

The SPIRLMAC SV20 has a maximum flour capacity of 13 Kg, an hourly production of 60 Kg/h and 10-20 bowl revs, making it a simple and usable machine for professional use.

Intended for professional kitchens but also in small bakeries.

It also features the option to rotate the spiral at a maximum of 90-180 rpm.

This spiral mixer is equipped with automatic stop device that stops its running when the stainless steel grid is raised during use.
