Seven Italy TH500C KM178-E Tracked Diesel Power Barrow - Hydraulic Dumper with Bucket 500 Kg

The Seven Italy TH500C KM178-E tracked power barrow is equipped with a hydraulic system for lifting the dumper barrow with a capacity of 500 Kg and a loading shovel. The hydraulic tilting of the body of which this tracked power barrow is equipped with, facilitates at the maximum each working stage, eliminating the effort to raise the truck once loaded.

Among the other features of this tracked power barrow it is possible to find its tracks, that ensure stability and safety during use of the machine even with a heavy load and gradients that normal tracked power barrow fail to address.

Thanks to the self-propulsion on tracks and to the powerful KPC engine, this power barrow is intended for carrying loads.

The tracked barrow is equipped with hydrostatic transmission, which allows you to change the speed even during the machine running, without the need to stop the unit.

The controls are simple and intuitive, equipped with levers for the management of the barrow and of the blade, for the management of tracks and also separately for the management of the forward speed.

The main features that distinguish this machine, in addition to its accurate aesthetic design and the sturdiness of the reinforced steel frame:

• Internal and external side protections of the rollers that support the frame. They prevent the rollers from stones or materials entering the track system.
• Double hydraulic gear pump
• Tension recovery springs, mounted on the track tensioning system. It avoids tearing and damage the track and transmission components in the event of stones or foreign material that should enter inside the track.
• Dumper body and loader bucket reinforced for heavy work, equipped with double hydraulic cylinder

Warning: these machines are tested by the producer before being shipped. Therefore, the engine is already filled with oil at level and with a minimum amount of fuel in the tank. Gearbox oil already at level.

We remind that it is always good to:
1) check the engine oil level
2) put oil in the filter because it is not present (in case of filter in oil bath)
3) carefully read the instructions manual before carrying out any oil check and topping up operation (the manufacturer can modify the supply modalities specified in the two upper points without any prior notice).

Advice on how to use the front lifting shovel
• The front shovel should only be used for loading loose material onto the power barrow.
• It is not suited for use as a shovel for levelling the soil; there are dedicated attachments specifically designed for said purpose called ‘front blades’. When moving the power barrow forward, the shovel must be raised and not forced into the ground (this could damage the pistons, joints, supports and other components).

This power barrow has a hydrostatic gearbox, which allows you to change speed simply by moving a lever. The gearbox is controlled by the pump unit, which is placed in front of the engine. The pump carries the oil directly from the tank to the gearbox placed on the tracks and allows its motion.

Sturdy gears make the gearbox difficult to break. The hydrostatic transmission is by far the most modern and functional (although more expensive) compared to the traditional manual transmission gears. Whenever the speed is changed, the hydrostatic gearbox forces the operator to stop the unit, change gear, release the clutch and re-start the power barrow at the desired speed. In case of frequent speed variations (e.g. In gardens with trees, vases or other types of obstacles) the traditional gear transmission wouldn’t be practical at all. The hydrostatic transmission, on the other hand, allows immediate speed changes, without ever stopping and in a totally automatic manner, simply by varying the pressure on the drive pedal of this transmission.

Track structure: robust and over sized. Both the height and the length is greater than the average of the tracked power barrows on the market of the same size. The drive wheel is made of cast iron / steel. The perfect front / rear balance ensures the distribution of loads and a perfect adherence to the ground. The rollers are self-cleaning.

The tracked power barrow also has a loading shovel that allows to perform operations in a very simple and effective way, especially without any effort. The shift is adjusted by the hydraulic system.

For the movements of the blade it will suffice to use only the specific lever on the control panel.

The two central levers are used to move the whole unit, hence they manage the forward and reverse motion along with the steering.

The lever on the left if used, it activates the motion of the front blade of the power barrow.

The lever on the right if used, it activates the body tipping. Before and during tipping, make sure to take particular care to the position of the blade as to ensure that is properly raised.
