Seven Italy PS 300 PRO BLACK meat slicer is a product entirely Made in Italy, quality assurance.

The machine is painted with a particular and eye-catching matte black tone, unique on the market.

Compliant with the current safety standards, this meat slicer has the following features: 300mm steel blade with special grooves that make it non-stick, facilitating the detachment of cold cuts and a 220 W motor.

Aluminium base lacquered with food paint.

The cutting thickness, from 0 to about 16 mm, is adjusted with a user-friendly knob.

The ergonomic design allows better cleaning and grip on the product.

Cutting System

Steel blade with special grooves that make it non-stick, facilitating the detachment of cold cuts, especially soft and moist ones.

The graduated knob allows for millimetric cuts from 0 to 16 mm.

The food carriage allows you to slice food with the following dimensions: 220x210 mm.

The blade guard is easily removable thanks to the screw placed behind the meat slicer, so as to ensure easy cleaning.

The food carriage has the following dimensions: 255x200 mm

The machine is equipped with sliding food pusher with teeth to hold the food.

Complimentary removable sharpener with double emery for sharpening and deburring.
