The seven Italy Eliseo charcoal barbecue represents excellence in outdoor cooking , with a robust and functional structure, ideal for barbecue lovers. The resealable lid coated with a food-grade aluminized sheet helps to maintain perfect combustion by controlling cooking with precision.

The presence of two side vents , adjustable in different positions, and a professional thermometer with a scale up to 500° allow you to manage the internal temperature with extreme ease, optimizing the cooking of any type of food. The tempered glass porthole on the lid allows you to check the cooking status of your food and is resistant to very high temperatures.

The barbecue is equipped with a chromed, extra thick steel grill, certified for food, which offers four adjustable heights and two removable handles.

The bowls below the grill and the bowl, both removable, help to contain the burning embers and in the cleaning of the ashes.

The structure of the Seven Italy Eliseo barbecue is in peeled gray painted steel and amaranth, with a minimum thickness of 0.80 mm and a maximum thickness of 2.00 mm.

The food-safe, chrome-plated, extra-thick steel cooking rack is adjustable in 4 positions and has two easy-to-remove handles for added versatility.

The Brazier below the grill, made of painted steel, is detachable for cleaning ash, and resistant to very high temperatures.

The ash is collected further in a large tank underneath, which can also be removed. It also has air holes, which are necessary to maintain a constant temperature.
