The new Seven Italy agricultural tractor-mounted mist blower is a device used for spraying plant protection products and other chemicals on the plants. The sprayer is connected to the tractor through a three-point hitch, which makes it easy to transport and use.

The operation of the sprayer is quite simple: the product is mixed with water inside the sprayer's tank, and is then sprayed onto the plants through the large 700 mm fan that generates a strong circular air flow that pushes the droplets already emitted and pulverised by the jets. The nozzles are designed to create a fine spray that settles evenly on the surface of the plants.

The vertical conveyor, fitted on this sprayer, is a system that allows the product to be distributed evenly over the entire plant, even in the most difficult-to-reach areas, compared to a non-vertical mist blower. The vertical conveyor consists of 6 nozzles on each side, arranged in such a way that the product is evenly distributed. This type of atomiser is particularly useful as it saves time and energy, thanks to its ability to cover large areas in a short time. Furthermore, the uniform product coverage reduces the risk of loss of product efficiency and the need for repeated applications.

Vertical conveyor

The sprayer fan is the essential element that determines the power of the mist blower, thus determining its ability to push the atomised product in width and height. The nylon fans guarantee excellent weather resistance.

Thanks to its vertical conveyor, the mist blower is more effective in the cultivation of orchards and vineyards, since it allows plant protection products to be sprayed on the branches and leaves of trees and vines without risking contamination of operators or nearby crops.

The fan is driven by a gear-multiplier that provides two speeds to the fan unit, through a lever.

Made in Italy, with cast iron housing, internal steel gears in an oil bath, ensuring excellent reliability over time.

Stainless steel spray rods divided into two sectors, a left one with 6 jets and a right one with the other 6 jets.

Double brass spray nozzles with anti-drop and quick-closing system.

The Comet APS 71 is a piston-diaphragm pump designed to be used in agricultural and gardening spraying applications. Made of high-quality materials that guarantee high resistance to corrosion and high pressure.

Parts in contact with liquid are made of anodised aluminium. The valve has stainless steel site and plate.

It is equipped with an automatic lubrication system that reduces wear and prolongs the pump's life.

Comet GCP 3V control unit is a three-way control system designed for use together with agricultural and industrial pumps manufactured by the Italian company Comet S.p.A.

The two side taps supply respectively the right-hand sector of the fan and the left-hand sector. Usually, the two horizontal outlets are used to connect, for example, a pair of spray guns for orchards/olive groves, or stainless steel booms for vineyard, etc...

This means that the two sectors can also be switched on separately, i.e. only the nozzles on the right-hand side or only on the left-hand side (e.g. when you are on the edge of your plot).
