The Seven Italy tractor-mounted mist blower is a machine designed for the distribution of liquid plant protection products onto crops via air-assisted spraying.
The equipment attaches to the tractor-mounted three-point hitch, a configuration that allows for a stable connection to the rear lift and easy movement between different cultivated surfaces.
The operating system involves mixing the product with water inside the tank, from which the solution is sent to the distribution circuit. The machine uses a large-diameter 700 mm fan that generates a high-flow circular air stream. This stream conveys and propels the droplets produced by the nozzles towards the vegetation, facilitating the penetration of the treatment between leaves and branches.
The spray nozzles break the mixture down into very fine particles, the resulting mist ensures uniform deposition of the product on the vegetation. This operating principle allows for the even distribution of treatments across tree crops, orchards and rows of vines.
The machine is equipped with a 400-litre tank, a capacity that provides good operational autonomy during treatments. The tank’s capacity reduces the need for refuelling stops and allows for more continuous work cycles across large agricultural surfaces.
The supporting structure is made from a hot-dip galvanised Swedish Steel frame. This treatment creates a protective layer on the steel that reduces exposure to corrosion caused by water, fertilisers and plant protection products used during treatments.
Use of the sprayer requires compliance with safety regulations and agronomic guidelines relating to the products used. Correct dosing of solutions and adjustment of the distribution system ensure uniform coverage of crops and controlled application of treatments.
WARNING: It is strongly recommended that you carefully check your tractor’s lifting capacity, taking into account the total weight of the machine when fully loaded.
