The Intex 26646 is a sand filter pump highly recommended for cleaning pool water, offering an excellent quality/price ratio compared to other filter systems. This device is designed for Intex above-ground pools, but can also be compatible with other brands. Its flow capacity reaches, 7900 L/h.
The filter is equipped with a 6-way valve, which allows you to choose among filtering, backwashing, rinsing, recirculation, draining, and stop. For filtration, quartz sand should be used, which can be replaced after about 5 years. It is recommended to use ground quartz sand, with a silicon content of 99% and a grain size of 0.4-0.8 mm.
