With the Intex 26642 sand filter pump, you can keep your above-ground pool clean and sanitised all season long. Natural sand provides excellent water filtration, and the 6-way control valve allows you to filter, flush and rinse, recirculate and drain water and close the system.
For best results, it is recommended to use ground quartz sand with 99% silicon content and a grain size of 0.4-0.8 mm. Furthermore, the built-in 24-hour timer allows you to set the washing time.
The filter basket offers easy cleaning and extends the service life of the sand. This pump requires very little maintenance, as you'll have to replace the sand only every 5 years of use.
In addition, the Hydro Aeration Technology™ by Intex introduces the revolutionary water aeration technique for sand pumps, further improving cleanliness and water quality.
