RoyalFood CB 3500 XL charcoal barbecue stands out for its unique features.

Differently from most products on the market, this barbecue is equipped with three stainless steel grills, which are far superior to any chrome-plated steel grill.

This barbecue, thanks to its very large grill, boasts no less than two cooking zones, allowing you to handle several foods that need different temperatures.

With regard to the cooking method, it exploits the “closed lid” system. This, together with the stainless steel grills, guarantees an enveloping and even cooking experience. Thanks to the unique combustion chamber inside the barbecue, it is possible to recreate a homogeneous temperature that keeps food moist and soft, preventing it from drying out.

The ventilation system consists of four manually adjustable side vents, which ensure air circulation within the cooking compartment without creating unnecessary dispersions.

Equipped with two front doors to check the status of the embers and two ash drawers, which make cleaning the barbecue a quick practice.

At the bottom there is a convenient storage shelf at the bottom.

Unlike almost all the charcoal barbecue, this model is one of the few with stainless steel cooking grids, which allow for better and more uniform cooking than the rest of the barbecues.

Unlike the other similar models on the market, this CB 3500 XL model features no less than 2 shelves, and 4 valves thanks to which it is possible to adjust the smoke and heat output for the desired cooking method.

Thanks to its very large grid, this barbecue can boast 2 cooking zones, which provide more flexibility and control when preparing food. They allow the creation of a high temperature zone for direct cooking and a lower temperature zone for indirect cooking. These two zones allow to set different temperatures, manage flames and carbon more efficiently and cooking different food simultaneously.

In brief, these two cooking zones make the barbecue more versatile and allow to cook simultaneously a large variety of food.
