The Rover NOVAX DRILL 25 drill pump is a self-priming liquid ring pump designed for transferring food and non-food liquids.
it is made entirely of antioxidant alloy with Novax technology, a solution that ensures high corrosion resistance and superior food compatibility compared to bronze versions. This transfer pump for drills can work with electric motors up to 3000 rpm, thanks to its compact and sturdy mechanical structure.
The design is functional and designed to facilitate quick installation on any standard drill using the 9 mm steel shaft. The main application is the transfer of clean liquids such as water, wine, milk, vinegar, liquid detergents, diesel fuel and low-viscosity oil solutions.
It works by filling the pump body with the liquid to be transferred through one of the two hose connections. The star impeller system ensures self-priming even in the presence of air bubbles and in both directions of rotation.
The maximum flow rate reaches 2500 litres/hour, with a head of up to 24 metres, thanks to an optimised impeller geometry. The low weight of 1 kg and compact dimensions ensure easy transport and use even in confined spaces.
It requires no lubrication or complex maintenance, other than a simple internal rinse after each use.
The main advantages include:
- Stainless steel structure: made entirely of sandblasted metal for high hygiene and food compatibility, even over long periods;
- Star-shaped impeller: ensures immediate self-priming, even in the presence of air in the circuit and with low-viscosity liquids;
- High flow rate: can transfer up to 2500 litres/hour with a maximum head of 24 metres at 2850 rpm;
- Double direction of rotation: allows use in both directions with identical suction capacity, useful for reversing flows without modifications;
- Compact and lightweight: weighs only 1 kg and can be easily mounted on any standard electric drill.
