Two-way Self-priming Electric Pumps: this is the classic two-way self-priming side liquid ring pump with star geometry impeller.
This particular feature gives it extraordinary self-priming capacity, even with discontinuous availability of liquid during suction (which means presence of air or other gases).
The liquids to be transferred must be neutral and clean, or contain a percentage of solids (0.2-0.5% max) having such hardness and granulometry features so as not to wear the internal surfaces of the pump.
In extreme cases, a fine mesh filter mounted on the suction pipe may be useful. This type of pumps is not suitable for oil transfer
