Agrotechnic X.4 Superveloce olive harvester

The X.4 Superveloce olive harvester is an electromechanic machine suitable for the harvest of olives based which takes advantage of the 4D vibrating rotary motion.

This olive harvester features 280/350 kg hourly output thanks to 2500 rpm.

The motor is located at the bottom of the pole to provide and excellent balance during the machine use.

This induction motor ensures amazing performances and safety for a long time.

12 V engine that supplies 1000 W power

It is important to highlight that during the harvest, the olives fall down near the plant It is therefore suitable to all olive types.

Olives and branches remain undamaged during harvest operation.

It does not transfer vibrations thanks to the orthogonal axis which is electronically balanced and to the enhanced plastic harvesting device.

200 cm long fixed carbon pole

The harvester pole is fixed and features 200 cm length. It is entirely made of carbon with 1.2 mm thickness.

Since the pole is made of carbon, it features and extreme lightweight with a considerable reduction of the vibrations. While the pole length is ideal for not too high plants.

We suggest to grab the olive harvester with just one hand at the bottom of the motore where the proper housing is located. Grab the pole with the other hand.

The pole at its maximum extension represents the best setting for this olive harvester since the motor is located at the pole bottom.

Comb motion

Typical and new 4 D VIBRATING ROTARY MOTION.

Innovative motion that features 4 dimensions, the free rotation of the spheres enables the olive harvester to easily enter into the thickest parts of the plants without causing any damage.

Prongs are made of carbn and are fixed on flexible thermoplastic bases. These carbon fibres trasnfer the vibrations in a direct way and increase the machine efficiency.

The flexibility of the bases provides a regular functioning. The base is composed of high quality material that combines flexibility and long lasting.

The 360° free rotation of the prongs enables to transfer the vibrations to the plant in all directions.

The carbon prongs are best suitable on plants with many branches. The smooth surface of the prong let it introduce it with extreme ease.

Motor at the pole bottom

The motor of this machine is Brushless and features 12 V voltage and supplies 1000 W power. Hourly output: 280/350kg.

The motor is equipped with a speed regulator that enables to increase or decrease the speed depending on the necessities.

Provided with fuse located inside the connector cable box. In case of excessive voltage, the fuse blows without causing any damage to the machine.

It is then enough to replace it to continue with the harvest.
