- aluminium base lacquered with food paint;
- blade cover, food carriage, guide plate and fixed aluminium blade protection ring with glossy anodic oxidation, for a clean and anti-corrosion machine;
- innovative food pusher with multiple teeth for a better grip on the product to slice;
- heavy-duty ventilated motor to prevent overheating and provide silent operation;
- blade shaft mounted on a double bearing, which makes the meat slicer silent;
- professional blade hardened, ground and hard-chrome plated to maintain the cutting efficiency for as long as possible;
- fixed sharpener with double emery to sharpen and debur;
The cutting thickness, from 0 to about 15 mm, is adjusted via a user-friendly knob.
