The RGV Ausonia Meat Slicer 190 Red is designed for domestic use that does not allow an intensive usage of the product. Its elaborated painted red finishing makes it elegant.
Thanks to the low number of revolutions, it is only intended for the cutting of soft and not cured meats.
The stainless steel blade having a diameter of 190mm is easily removable thanks to a patented system that makes possible to remove it without any difficulties, promoting, in this way, a deeper cleanup.
A knob that is easy to handle manages the cutting thickness from 0 mm up to 15 mm diameter while the power supply having a single-phase collector at 100 W regulates the belt drive transmission, which allows it to start working.
It consists of many tools: a steel and enamelled aluminium base, a painted steel gauge plate, a moulded ABS trolley, a stainless steel surface, a crank chamber made of pressed aluminium.
The Ausonia range of meat slicers is known to be extremely lightweight and manageable, having a weight of 5Kg. Its dimensions have a maximum of 380x260x270 size, which allow moving them easily.
