This Reber pasta maker is made from food-safe aluminium, while other components - such as the die plates and the worm screw - are made from highly resistant food-grade acetal resin.
You can unscrew the lock ring to select the type of pasta you want to make by applying one of the 12 standard-supplied die plates.
