The Reber N.12 meat grinder machine body, worm screw and lock ring are made of food-grade tinned cast iron. Other components, such as the stuffing tubes and pestle, are made of food-safe plastic.
The grinder die plate has 6 mm holes and is made of hardened steel, just like the self-sharpening knife.
Large stainless steel hopper: 20x30 cm approx.
The meat grinder or meat mincer comes with two stuffing tubes:
- 15 mm stuffing tube
- 25 mm stuffing tube
You can choose whatever size you need for your minced meats, thanks to our large selection of mincer plates (to be ordered separately).
This multi-purpose meat mincer is very easy to disassemble so you can clean each component properly. Its IPX5 protection grade allows cleaning the machine thoroughly with no risks for electronic components.
Warning: This accessory has to be connected to a gear motor (sold separately).
