To be used placed on top of a table, the Reber meat mincer, is extremely easy and practical to use.
The motor is completely covered by a stainless steel carter. this ensures high protection against external elements, making the machine extremely robust and with a much higher ease of cleaning than the average meat grinders on the market.
The components that make up the meat mincer, such as the propeller and the ring nut, are in tin-plated cast iron for food use. The very large hopper plate is in stainless steel, while the pestle is made of food-grade plastic.
The die plate with 10 mm holes and the self-sharpening blade are in tempered steel.
Equipped with continuous service induction electric motor with a power of 1200 W powered at 220V, this meat mincer is suitable for all particularly demanding hobbyists or for professional use.
