The Reber N.12 0,4HP (500 W) meat grinder - meat mincer is a high-level performance multi-purpose kitchen appliance for domestic use with a modern look, designed for meat processing and much more. You can rely on it to grind meat, make sausages, make tomato sauce, grate cheese and so on.

The Reber meat grinder is extremely handy and easy to use and it was designed to be operated on top of a table.

The motor is placed under a stainless steel cover. The steel cover protects the motor against external risk factors, makes the machine sturdy and much easier to clean compared to most meat grinders out there.

The machine worm screw and lock ring are made of food-grade tinned cast iron. The large hopper is made of stainless steel. The pestle and stuffing tubes are made from food-grade plastic.

The die plate has 6 mm holes and is made of hardened steel. The self-sharpening knife is made of hardened steel as well.

This meat mincer is fitted with a 500 W continuous-service induction electric motor. Power supply: 230V. Designed for demanding hobby users or semi-professional applications.

This machine is fitted with a 500 W continuous-service, induction electric motor. Motor power supply: 230 V.

The motor transfers motion through a heavy-duty steel and 6.6 nylon pin.

The machine body steel shell makes cleaning operations very easy and prevents the sauce maker from getting damaged.

The oil-bath transmission system doesn't require adding or replacing oil as it contains Long-Life lubricant. This type of transmssion oil is safe for accidental food contact.

All of the machine components are high quality and they are manufactured in Italy.

WARNING: New gear reducer model: new transmission lubricant that does not require release valves. Thus removing or replacing the red cap before starting the machine is NOT necessary.

WARNING: this product is made entirely with food-safe materials, however its internal components do not undergo cleaning before it gets distributed. When you start using it, we recommend crushing 2 kg of tomatoes and throwing them out afterwards to ensure the inside of the machine is perfectly clean and remove any debris deriving from the manufacturing process (tiny plastic fragments, metal or tin).

Meat grinder and sausage stuffer

The Reber N.12 meat grinder machine body, worm screw and lock ring are made of food-grade tinned cast iron. Other components, such as the stuffing tubes and pestle, are made of food-safe plastic.

The grinder die plate has 6 mm holes and is made of hardened steel, just like the self-sharpening knife.
