Ranger M570 H-E Extendable Tracked Power Barrow - Honda GX200 Engine - Electric start

The Agrieuro RANGER tracked power barrow is a robust and versatile machine designed for use in agriculture and construction fields. With an extendable body, it has an effective flat load capacity of 500 kg.

The very sturdy steel frame with six forward gears and two back make this wheelbarrow very versatile and efficient.

Thanks to the self-propulsion on tracks and to the powerful HONDA engine with electric start, this power barrow is intended for carrying loads:

• Up to a maximum of 500 kg on flat ground
• Up to a maximum of 350 kg on terrain with a maximum slope of 30%, making it an indispensable tool for all types of transport.

The tipping of this wheelbarrow is extensible, and this allows to greatly increase the load carrying capacity of this machine, also another great advantage is the provision of additional removable sides, which could achieve an extraordinary versatility of work.

Among the other features of this power barrow, it is possible to find its tracks, that ensure stability and safety during use of the machine even with a heavy load and gradients that normal wheelbarrow fail to address.

The engine is equipped with electric start.

The hydraulic tilting of the body of which this wheelbarrow is equipped with, facilitates at the maximum each working stage, eliminating the effort to raise the truck once loaded.

Warning: these machines are tested by the producer before being shipped. Therefore, the engine is already filled with oil at level and with a minimum amount of fuel in the tank. Gearbox oil already at level.

1) check the engine oil level
2) put oil in the filter because it is not present (in case of filter in oil bath)
3) carefully read the instructions manual before carrying out any oil check and topping up operation (the manufacturer can modify the supply modalities specified in the two upper points without any prior notice).

Honda GX 200

It corresponds to the real power expressed motor shaft. This is the power indicated as official in the engine instructions manual.

Gearbox: large, reliable and accurate.

The power barrow is provided with reducer gears, which allows him to double the gears and get to 6 for the advancement and 2 for reverse. Thanks to the regulator will be able to always have the right traction in any situation. It uses the same concept as off-road vehicles.

A total of 8 gears can be engaged ( 6 + 2 ) Allowed by this adjustable speed from low to high of each gear. Using the lever to the right of the gearbox, you can choose between two speeds. The fastest gears are indicated for the sliding portions while setting the low speed (Low range) it will be possible to cross with ease even the roughest spots. The two new levers allow a fast and convenient insertion of the desired gear. One to enter the 3 gears (forward and reverse), the other to select fast or slow mode.

Transmission:
Sturdy and resistant, it allows managing the steering by acting on the single track, deactivating its rotation.

The power barrow is equipped with tilting tracks. The two central rollers, unlike the others, are mobile and can move depending on the obstacle in front of them, thus allowing the machine to always have maximum grip on the ground.

The shape of the tracks allows the wheelbarrow to easily pass over even the most insidious obstacles such as walls and steps, while still guaranteeing safety and stability. With their width and tread profile they guarantee perfect grip and stability on all types of terrain. Made of special reinforced rubber with excellent grip, they are able to tackle any type of surface or step.

Barrow, made in high-resistance steel, is reinforced with tubular cross members in the lower part, which make it suitable for any load or stress. The loading platform is at the minimum distance from the ground to facilitate loading/unloading operations

Hydraulic tipping: is activated with the control lever conveniently positioned with all the other controls.

To facilitate the tipping operation, unloading the operator's weight, and to keep the body in the tipped position, the wheelbarrow is equipped with a piston placed under the frame.
This greatly facilitates all phases of work.

The load capacity can be increased considerably thanks to the extendable tailgates.

A further solution that allows the load capacity to be further increased is to be equipped with extendable tail lifts.

An example of use is for transporting and loading wood.
By using the extension tailgates, it is possible to increase the load capacity by considerably reducing the number of transports to be carried out for the job.

Large red lever for motion activation.

The two lower levers are for steering, left and right respectively.

The steering can be adjusted depending on the control lever, and it allows moving smoothly. By partially pulling either lever, the steering of the track concerned, right or left, will also be partial.
This allows the power arrow to be steered extremely smoothly, without causing abrupt movements.
