It is suitable for the delicate transfer of filtered liquids in agriculture, oenology, boating and gardening.
The liquids to be transferred must be neutral and clean, or contain a percentage of solids (0.2-0.5% max) having such hardness and granulometry features so as not to wear the internal surfaces of the pump.
In extreme cases, a fine mesh filter mounted on the suction pipe may be useful. Examples of liquids: water, wine, milk, must, liquid detergents, diesel and glycol.
This type of pump is not suitable for transferring oil.
