The Prismafood SFMC 60 VAR spiral mixer is a machine designed for continuous mixing and processing in the bakery and pizzeria sector. The mixer is equipped with a 3 kW (4 Hp) motor and a variable speed transmission system . It has a 60-litre stainless steel bowl, capable of processing up to 37.5 kg of flour, ideal for medium and large-scale production.
The structure, entirely painted white, is made of high-strength steel with a reinforced base to withstand prolonged stress.
The bowl has a diameter of 50 cm and a height of 31.5 cm, while the spiral and central column are also made of food-grade stainless steel.
The variable speed system allows the processing to be adapted to the type of dough. The spiral operates at 105 to 240 revolutions per L/min, while the bowl rotates at 11 to 25 revolutions per L/min, ensuring a homogeneous mixture and uniform oxygenation of the dough. The side control panel includes a speed selector, start/stop buttons and an integrated timer.
Safety is guaranteed by a stainless steel grid, compliant with regulations, which automatically stops operation when opened. The total weight of 136 kg ensures stability during operation, even with thick dough.
