The AgriEuro RS 145 tractor rotary tiller is the ideal machinery designedfor working the soil, preparing it for sowing and to remove weeds.

It consists of a box frame, cast iron gear reducer with ASA 80 chain transmission in oil bath at 540 rev/min.

The new italian rotary tiller is a medium heaviness product (181 Kg), sturdy and semi-professional, studied for the medium and small tractors 30 up to 35 hp. It is well structured, light and versatile.

Manual side shift equal to 20% of the tiller width (side shift kit included in the price and provided on standard equipment).

Manual screw side shift

The rotary tillers featuring side shift are fundamental in the processing of vineyards, orchards, hazel groves or elsewhere it is still necessary to work beyond the tractor track.

The manual side shift system allows the rotary tiller to move precisely to work close to plants and crops. The tiller side shift is along the painted steel body, always maintaining the cardan shaft as central as possible.

It is just necessary to loosen 2 bolts located behind the side skid (thanks to the 2 levers and place the gear reducer to the desired position by simply turning the side knob.

Steel hoes: 7 blade attachments with 6 hoes each (30 hoes in total)
Each flange is equipped with 6 hoes (the other rotary tillers on the market are provided with 4 hoes each flange).

Advantages:
They are on the fine crunching of the soil quite higher ability compared to the traditional 4 hoes flange, ensuring a more regular and clean work. The power absorption remains the same of the other models.

Possibility to adjust the side skids in order to set the working depth.

ATTENTION:

All rotary tillers have to work on "clean soil", that is to say without stones and rocks of a size that could damage not only the hoes but in the worst case even the rotor, frame or several transmission components (ball bearings, oil retainers, etc.).

The tractor rotary tiller comes complete with professional cardan shaft included in the price and provided on standard equipment. It is is equipped with clutch device and kit for manual side shift.

Manual side shift kit: equal to 20% tiller width. The side shift is along the painted steel body, always keeping the cardan shaft as central as possible.

Cardan shaft with clutch: it allows preserving the rotary tiller durability longer, protecting it from any possible impacts.

Indeed, in case of foreign objects on the ground, once reached certain effort, the clutch will be operated, mostly avoiding that the tiller mechanics may undergo kickbacks or damage.

NOTE: almost none of the dealers includes the cardan shaft with the rotary tiller as free items (even because of the cardan shaft high price).
