The Pramac P7500I is a silenced inverter power generator designed to provide stable power, ideal for sensitive electronic devices such as computers, home appliances and professional equipment. Thanks to inverter technology, it provides a constant and surge-free voltage, preventing damage to equipment. With a 4-stroke petrol engine and a capacity to deliver up to 7 kW, it is suitable for both domestic use and for construction sites and commercial areas.

The economy mode, by automatically adjusting the engine speed, optimizes fuel consumption and reduces noise impact, making it ideal for residential environments or long-term applications.

This generator is particularly quiet, with noise levels reduced to around 72 dB(A), making it usable also in residential areas. The 25-litre tank capacity provides ample autonomy, ensuring up to 11 hours of continuous operation at 75% load.

Safety is ensured by numerous built-in protections, such as a low oil level shutdown (Oil Guard), which prevents damage to the motor, overload and short-circuit protection, which is useful for preventing malfunctions during intensive use, and a control panel with IP44 protection, which is resistant to weather and dust.

It is equipped with an electric starter, making it easier to start the engine, and a convenient transport system with wheels and folding handle. The generator is not designed to be inserted into a photovoltaic or solar panel system for power generation, nor is it intended for charging or servicing batteries in these systems or other types of systems of another nature; such use can seriously damage the generator.

WARNING: All power generators such as this one, belonging to one of the lower product levels of the PROFESSIONAL level (reference to the product level rating scale used on this site) should not work for sessions longer than 3–4 hours continuously, in order not to compromise in the medium to long term the life of the alternator and other components by overheating or wear and tear. The same problem would present itself if these products were to be used daily or at least frequently. In all these cases we recommend opting for generators classified as least as PROFESSIONAL, as listed on the rating scale on this website.

Indicator lights:

-Power supply. It switches on after the power switch is activated. Normally, only this green light should be on.

- Overload signalling. If the generator is overloaded, or if there is a malfunction or short-circuit in a connected piece of equipment, this red overload lamp lights up. After a few seconds the power supply will be cut off and the green light will go out. In this case, the engine must be switched off and the reason for the overload must be found out.

- Oil warning system. Designed to prevent engine damage caused by an insufficient amount of oil. Before the oil level can fall below the safe limit, the red oil warning light will come on and the oil warning system will automatically stop the engine. * Warning: the engine is provided without oil.

As far as the needed power is concerned, we now provide you with a handy chart to help you navigate among consumption, starting coefficients and watt.

The best criterion is to pinpoint first which are the instruments we need to power with the generator and, consequently perform a simple calculation, as explained below, to identify the needed power that the generator need to eject.

Power required = Electric appliance consumption X Breakaway starting coefficient

The starting coefficient is a fundamental characteristic of any instrument which works with electric current because it indicates how much the consumption of the object increases. Therefore, this is needed to concretely determine how many WATT are necessary during the start up operations.

Example: Compressor (1500 Watts) X Coefficient (2) = 3000 Watts Then go for a generator that has a power in WATTs equal to or greater than that of the result obtained (*)

WARNING: the chart is purely indicative. Through the above formula, you can easily calculate the power that a generator must deliver to connect and operate certain products to you and then identify the most appropriate model for your needs: And remember that to operate the electronic equipment (computers, televisions and all the equipment equipped with an electronic card) must purchase a current with "inverter" generator (which stabilizes the output current).

• This inverter generator is equipped with an ELECTRONIC BOARD in order to stabilize the current delivered, generating an almost perfect wave.
  
  This makes it particularly suitable for application in certain uses, but also unsuitable for others.

  Some examples of FIELDS OF APPLICATION: powering all kinds of electronic equipment (since they have electronic boards and consequently require a very stable current to avoid the risk of damaging such boards), household appliances, kitchen and domestic equipment and appliances, lights and lamps; in conclusion, they are specific for strictly domestic use, or for holiday and leisure use (in motor homes, boats, etc...).

  Some examples of NON APPLICATION FIELDS : Construction equipment, workshop equipment, do-it-yourself, welding machines, equipment of any kind equipped with brush motors (which in the event of wear on the brushes can move back towards the generator some power surges that can damage the generator electronic card); basically, for all this list of working, construction or artisan equipment, an inverter generator is too delicate and therefore inadequate, therefore it is necessary to focus on a classic generator, not with inverter card, but equipped with the classic alternator with stator and heavy rotor, most suitable for powering this equipment.

  The generator is not designed to be installed in photovoltaic or solar panel systems for energy production, nor for recharging or maintenance of batteries of these specific or other electric systems. This use can seriously damage the generator on its internal components (alternator, engine and electrical component). All photovoltaic systems require a generator for INDUSTRIAL use (and not for domestic use like the present model), specifically designed and manufactured for this purpose. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WARRANTY on generators connected to photovoltaic systems, as this entails an IMPROPER USE OF THE UNIT.
