Handcrafted wood-fired barbecue with 100 cm stainless steel grill and juice collection tray.

This BBQ model comes with a spacious cooking surface which measures 98x48 cm (4700 cm²). This product is highly efficient and practical, making it suitable for a wide range of user requirements.

The BBQ was handcrafted from sturdy sheet metal which makes it extremely sturdy yet very easy to use.

Its practicality of use is further enhanced by its special folding construction design which also allows for easy storage. The rear wheels also make transport easy.

These BBQ models come with a "heavy-duty structure” entirely built from thick steel sheets. This makes them extremely resistant to the wear and tear action of fire over the years.

The wood combustion chamber is also crafted from thick sheet metal while the wood basket is made up of thick and sturdy steel bars.

The special coating on the structure of this BBQ (unlike the main handcrafted products) is made with high temperature resistant paint, which guarantees higher resistance than normal (except for the areas directly affected by fire).

The stainless steel channelled grill is equipped with a drip tray. This design ensures effective cooking while allowing juices and grease to drain away and be collected, preventing them from dripping onto the ground.

This BBQ is very practical to use while also ensuring convenient storage and transport. The barbecue frame can be folded and transforms into a compact, space-saving equipment. In addition, the rear wheels make it easy to transport.

It can be used with either wood or charcoal. As an alternative to wood, the barbecue can also be fuelled simply with charcoal.

Supplied as standard: stainless steel grill, brazier, ember rake, grease collection pan and flame guard plate.

Wood Combustion Chamber

The wood combustion chamber is crafted from sturdy and extremely sturdy steel sheet and proves very practical for use.

The barbecue features a particularly large and spacious firewood combustion chamber.

The flame guard plate between the grill and the combustion area is removable. When fitted, it provides greater protection from the heat of the flames. When removed, it allows easier access to the combustion chamber, both for managing the firewood and for cleaning.

The firewood support is very sturdy and made with steel bars.

The wood combustion chamber stays open on both sides to allow the operator to visually check the embers without the need to always stand by the BBQ.
