LC PLAST Heavy-duty built-in bench tomato press

The heavy-duty LC PLAST sauce maker turns tomatoes into “passata” or tomato sauce. Designed for use on its built-in benchtop, designed for an easy use and for an easy cleaning operation.

The machine body and lock ring are made of food-grade polished die-cast aluminium. Other components such as the carter, hopper, chute and chute shield are made of food-safe PPL. The filter (or screen) is made of stainless steel.

Extremely easy to use. It can be disassembled completely and it is easy to wash.

Featuring a 220V powered electric induction motor with a watertight switch. The heavy-duty LC PLAST passata machine is compliant with the Machinery Directive 89/392.

Suitable for all professionals thanks to its ability to process large amounts of tomatoes, with an hourly output of 370 Kg/h.

Motor and transmission

This machine is equipped with a 220V-powered, single-phase asynchronous motor. The motor develops a 1 Hp maximum power.

Built-in bench

The F37 steel drive shaft is connected to a worm screw by means of a transmission system that consists of a V-belt looping over a pair of pulleys.

The drive system also reduces the motor revolutions, thus optimizing the machine performances.

The motor is equipped with a watertight switch.

WARNING: this product is made entirely with food-safe materials, however its internal components do not undergo cleaning before it gets distributed. When you start using it, we recommend crushing 2 kg of tomatoes and throwing them out afterwards to ensure the inside of the machine is perfectly clean and remove any debris deriving from the manufacturing process (tiny plastic fragments, metal or tin).

Machine body and components

This tomato press model is called LC PLAST because some of its main components are made of food-safe copolymer polypropylene . The filter (or screen) is made of stainless steel. The machine body and the lock ring are made by moulding UNI 50 die-cast aluminium.
