L512 INOX 0.50 Hp heavy-duty tabletop sauce maker+meat mincer

The 0.5 Hp heavy-duty L512 INOX sauce maker + meat mincer is a tomato processing machine for making “passata” or tomato sauce. This machine was designed to be operated on top of a table.

The meat grinder comes with the machine. It can be easy assembled and disassembled.

The machine body, the lock ring and the protectve casing are made of food-grade die-cast polished aluminium. Other components, such as the screen (filter), hopper, chute and chute shield are made of stainless steel.

This tomato press is equipped with an electric induction motor. Motor power supply: 220V, featuring a watertight switch. The L512 INOX 0.5 Hp heavy-duty sauce maker is in compliant with the Machinery Directive 89/392 and it is suitable for professionals and particularly demanding hobbyists.

The heavy-duty L512 INOX has a 250 Kg/h hourly production.

Machine body and components of the meat mincer

This tomato press + meat mincer is called L512 INOX because all of its main components are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine body, the lock ring and the gearmotor protective casing are made by moulding UNI 50 die-cast aluminium.

Stainless steel hopper. Hopper size: 18x30 cm

The worm screw is made of tinned cast iron

The self-sharpening knife and the grinding plate are made of stainless steel.

Stuffing tubes diameter: 2 cm and 2.5 cm.

The pestle is made of food-grade HD polyethylene.

Motor and transmission

This machine is euipped with a single-phase asynchronous electric motor. Power supply: 220 V. Maximum developed power: 0,5 Hp. The motor is mounted on a small metal frame with vibration-damping rubber mounts.

The drive shaft is made of F37 steel and it is not connected directly to the worm screw. In fact, there is a transmission component between the two, which also has the purpose of reducing motor revolutions, thus optimising the machine performances.

This nylon gear motor is extremely sturdy and robust.

The motor features a watertight switch.

All of the machine components are made in Italy.
