The Palazzetti Stefy wood-fired oven with base works with direct heat. Ideal for domestic use and outdoor cooking enthusiasts.

Perfect for cooking a wide variety of foods, such as pizza, bread, roasts, fish, vegetables or desserts.

Complete with a base, it is very easy and intuitive to assemble, as it does not require the insulation or lining work required by traditional wood-burning ovens.

Made entirely of double-walled refractory cement mix, it guarantees high thermal and mechanical resistance, long-lasting durability, resistance to weathering, and maintenance of constant internal temperature with reduced wood consumption.

It features a large direct refractory cooking chamber suitable for food with the following dimensions: 52x51 cm. At the top is placed a large concrete chimney connected directly to the firing chamber that will safely expel fumes and maintain a constant temperature inside the oven, ensuring optimal results in the greatest possible safety.

The inside of the cooking chamber is made internally of refractory material to feature the same type of cooking as a traditional masonry oven.

It is possible to reach a temperature from 0 up to 350° by lighting the fire gradually.

Unlike all the other ovens on the market, one of its main features is the easy assembly, in fact no preparation will be necessary, you only have to assemble and seal the elements together and then coat them with a quartz paint for exteriors.

The front door is made of steel and is equipped with a practical thermometer, to always keep the cooking temperature under control, and an anti-scald handle.

It is very convenient to use thanks to the many places where you can store all the useful accessories needed while cooking.

In fact, in the lower part there are two convenient shelves where you can store various tools, ingredients, even wood.

The frame must be protected with a coat of water-repellent paint for outdoor use, approx. 3-4 mm (not included).
