The Palazzetti New York wood-fired barbecue is designed to create an area dedicated to your outdoor grilling. Very sturdy and long-lasting product.
It features a structure made of refractory cement conglomerate, while the worktop, bench top and table top are made of Marmotech with a polished grey granite finish (a mixture of marble granulates with high thermal and mechanical resistance).
It is equipped with a 76x37 cm stainless steel grid that offers enough space to cook food for 15 people simultaneously. It can be adjusted to 4 different heights.
On the other hand, the hood is made of Marmotech dyed black with an external steel insert and an internal metal baffle to channel the fumes into the chimney.
This model proves to be very practical thanks to its numerous compartments for storing all the useful cooking tools; in fact, it features both a spacious top shelf and various compartments placed under the brazier, very practical for storing wood or charcoal.

The barbecue is shipped disassembled and requires adhesive mortar for assembly. Included in the package there are 4 packages of assembly glue and one 10 kg quartz paint; 1 package of protective liquid must be purchased separately.
