The Palazzetti Brest 3 Barbecue is a very resistant structure for cooking with wood and charcoal. The base and the hood are made of refractory cement conglomerate, while the large worktop next to the grill is made of Marmotech dyed in the mix.
The sides of the firebox are also made of Marmotech with a brick effect.
It can be fed with charcoal or wood.
The barbecue has a steel grill measuring 68x40 cm that can be adjusted to 4 different heights and prepare food for up to 10-12 people.
The hearth plate is in refractory material.
Below the cooking chamber there is a compartment useful to keep everything you need for cooking within easy reach.
NOTE:
The base and hood must be protected with a 3-4 mm layer of 10 kg quartz outdoor paint, while the top must be protected with 250 ml transparent outdoor water-repellent liquid (not included in delivery).
The BBQ is shipped disassembled and requires 2 tubes of glue for assembly (not included).
