Oliviero Light battery-powered olive harvester 2.0

Oliviero Light olive harvester is designed in order to respect trees and environment. It is provided with motor with saving energy system.

Even if it is powered by a 45 Ah battery, this olive harvester will work for a full working day. It is provided with motor with saving energy system.

It is very easy to use and weighs 2.2 Kg. Its 180 cm extension pole is made of aluminium.

The total length is about 250 cm.

The harvesting head and its rotary motion

Oliviero Light olive harvester consists of a harvesting head with five prongs made of carbon and kevlar for extra sturdiness. The prongs are 35 cm length in order to get depth into the branches.

Prongs and harvesting head run with a double rotary motion that allow your olive harvester to get depth even into not pruned branches respecting them and their leaves.

Prongs motion: the five prongs move independently with conical-shaped motion.

Harvesting head motion: the harvesting head swings and its working area is improved thanks to its angle (20°). In this way will be easier for user to harvest olives.

Its motion and how its prongs are placed on the harvesting head, make this olive harvester ideal both for pruned or not pruned branches.

Motor placed at the bottom of the extension pole

Even if it is powered by a 45 Ah battery, this olive harvester will work for a full working day. The motor is provided with saving energy system.

The motor is placed below the extension pole which gives an extraordinary balance to the tool. This allows reducing fatigue while working.

Today, the 99 % of olive harvesters on market mount the motor at the bottom of the harvesting head, next to the rakes. This solution is cheaper as it is very easy to design but makes your olive harvester not perfectly balanced and not easy to use.

Please consider that the olive harvesters are generally handled on the bottom of the extension pole which means that if the motor is placed below the harvesting unit will be very hard to handle the tool for the full working day.

A comfortable use is subjected to the balance instead of the overall weight: if the motor is placed below the extension pole, the machine will be more balanced.
