GENERAL USE OF FILTER SHEETS
0-4:
0-4:
suitable for filtering wine after fermentation. They retain the coarser particles in suspension, therefore do not produce a good wine finish.
8-12-16:
8-12-16:
used to retain smaller particles and give a good gloss to the wine after transferring. To be preferred as a second filtration.
20-24:
they give gloss to the wine because they remove even the smallest impurities in suspension. Use these filter sheets only after filter the wine at least once with finishing filters (8-12-16).
