The Mockmill Lino 200 mill is designed by Wolfgang Mock and features advanced technology embodied in a high-quality wooden body.
Despite its small size, it ensures excellent performances (about 200 g of fine flour per minute).
Made of wood and Aeroblend, an innovative bioplastic, it combines the characteristic elasticity of natural bioplastics with the stability and strength of wood.
By rotating the hopper, the level of flour fineness can be seamlessly adjusted, ranging from "1" to "20."
The efficient high-performance industrial motor conveys 600 watts of power to the small internal grinders, ensuring a prolonged and high-quality grinding.
It is recommended to use only clean and dry cereals. By crushing the grain on a flat surface with a spoon, it is possible to test its dryness by hearing it crunch. Wet cereals, on the other hand, can be easily crushed and then become similar to oatmeal.
This mill is ideal for milling a wide range of grains: soft wheat (such as spelt, rye, or wheat), hard wheat (such as millet, corn, rice), spices (pepper, chili, mustard seeds), and legumes (chickpeas, peas, beans) to obtain high-quality flours. It is also suitable for various toasted seeds, such as coffee.
However it is important to note that it is not recommended for oily seeds, such as flax, poppyseed or sesame. It is possible to grind them, but they have to be mixed with durum wheat seeds on a 1:1 ratio.
It should be noted that this mill has also been tested with gluten-free grains, thus confirming its versatility.
