MCH H560C-GX Tracked Power Barrow - Hydraulic dumper - 500 Kg

The MCH H560C-GX tracked power barrow is provided with hydraulic system designed to manage the dumper tipping. It features a loading capacity of 500 kg while working on even surfaces and 350 Kg on slopes. The hydraulic tipping system enhances the working operations resulting in zero efforts for the Operator to raise theu nit once fully loaded.

Among the main strengths of the tracked power barrow, the tracks stand out for ensuring high quality in terms of safety and balance while using the equipment even in case of working operations on slopes or heavy loads that would not be supported by the standard power barrows on the market.

Easy and user-friendly control panel with dumper lever that allows managing the tracks and the speed.

The tracked power barrow is also provided with Hydrostatic transmission that allows changing the speed gears even while working, without the necessity to stop the unit.

Thanks to the tracked-driving system and to the heavy-duty HONDA engine, this tracked power barrow allows carrying loads

Warning! These machineries are previously tested by the producer before leaving the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the engine is already provided with oil and minimal fuel in the tank. Gearbox oil already filled.

We highly recommend:
1) Check the oil level
2) Fill oil inside the oil filter (whereas available the filter in oil bath)
3) Carefully read the instructions manual before attempting any operation of maintenance or oil refilling (the producer may constantly change the filling modality without previous notice)

The appropriate wording is actually “Power Rating” as it is the classic standard terminology for power. All the largest engine manufacturers have officially used this definition up until a few years ago.

The tracked power barrow is provided with hydrostatic transmission that allows easily change the speed by means of the lever. The whole transmission is managed by the pump unit located opposite to the engine. Indeed, the pump allows that the oil from the tank reaches the gearbox on the tracks, resulting in the tracked power barrow motion.

The sturdy hydrostatic transmission is known to be innovative and easy to use, even more expensive, than the traditional manual gear shift. Indeed, the latter, every time the Operator needs to change the speed gear, he has to stop the motion, change the gear, release the clutch and restart the unit at the desired speed. It means that whether you will need to change the speed more than once (outdoor areas with trees, bushes or any further obstacles, for instance), the standard gearbox would result a tool of very poor comfortability. By contrast, the hydrostatic transmission allows quick and immediate speed changes without the necessity to stop the unit. This proves to be a almost automatic operation by simply adjust the pressure on the driving pedal.

Tread pattern: sturdy and oversized. It has a greater height and length compared to all the other tracked power barrows on the market featuring the same overall size. The driving wheel is made of cast iron/steel material. The perfect balance between the front and the rear sides guarantees load balancing and ideal ground adherence. Self-cleaning rollers.

High-resistance steel skip, specifically reinforced with tubular steel construction on the underside of the machine. Its structure makes the unit suitable for carrying any load even in case of overstress. The loading platform is located at the minimal distance from the ground in order to enhance the loading/unloading operations.

Heavy-duty hydraulic system that allows raising both the barrow and the bucket by means of the levers located on the control panel. The hydraulic system consists of:

Easy and user-friendly controls.

Two front levers manage the tracked power barrow motion and that they allow manoeuvring the unit and its forward and reverse motion.

The right lever operates the dumper tipping system. Please ensure to carefully check the bucket and ensure it is properly raised before and during the tipping operation.
